Coalescing filters are an extremely important part of a filtration system. Offered in 3 grades, course, medium and high efficiency there elements trap both solid and liquid contaminants. The solid particulate is trapped within the media and the liquid aerosols are coalesced to the outside of the element where they then drain and are removed from the filter housing via the drain.
